Getting to know you

Meet the amazing people that help make Qintil the company we know and love.

This week we spoke to Sally, one of the amazing Customer Success Advisers who supports and accommodates learners on their courses and account issues. Before joining Qintil, Sally worked as a customer service representative for almost seven years.

What are your thoughts about your role with Qintil?

Being part of the Qintil team, makes me realise how important it is to listen and give support to our users and administrators. Our mission is to be there at all times, so that we can be a compassionate, and friendly source of help for anyone using the Qintil platform.

What three words would you use to describe working at Qintil?

Working with Qintil is a comfortable, amazing and learning place.

What’s one thing that surprised you about working at Qintil?

I was so suprised by how people handle their employees and how they respect us. Working with this business makes you feel like your one of the family. I can also see that helping others is priority. I just enjoy being here because, besides working, you're also learning.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?

I would probably wish to be expert in excel and creating websites.

What’s your favourite TV series or movie - the one you watch on repeat?

Close to you by. I love to replay it again and again, because I can see the real love of my siblings in the movie.

What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Modest, kind and brave.
