This week we spoke to Estefania, a superb member of our Customer Success team based in Honduras. Estefania has been a remote employee for almost 6 years with various tech startups, and has been working with Qintil for over two years now.
Can you describe a bit about your role in Qintil?
My duties are to be there for the users, guide them through Qintil if they have any questions, resolve any issues and make sure they have a fast response to their needs. Sometimes I do a little graphic design too.
What three words would you use to describe working at Qintil?
Empathetic, collaborative and caring. I think those words describe best what we do here in customer support.
What’s one thing that surprised you about working at Qintil?
It always surprises me the reach Qintil has to so many healthcare organisations, and how organised we are working as a remote team.
If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
Probably learn a new language, get better at German.
What’s your favourite TV series or movie - the one you watch on repeat?
Mad Men, I could watch it on repeat forever.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Smart, funny and reliable.
