July 2017 Update – Scheduled Reports + GSuite and Office365 Integrations
Following on from our big update to Reports last month, we added a few more features to make reporting even better for you. We’ve also squished a lot of little bugs and tidied things up ready for a big release coming in the next quarter. And we’re launching a survey to find out what new features you think we should prioritise for release first.
Reports Scheduler and PDF Export
One of the features most requested by Qintil admins has been reports scheduling. We tried to get it in last months big reports release but just missed the deadline. But we got it out earlier this month. Basically, you can now set any report – custom or standard – to run daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly and have it sent to an email address. It’s simple stuff, but this will save you so much time.
The other feature is PDF reports. Look at the top right screen of any report (except the Compliance Matrix) and you can, in addition to exporting in CSV, now also export in PDF.
Try out the new reports dashboard is here. And please carry on giving us your feedback.
Integrations with GSuite and Office365 to keep your team in sync
Last month we announced support for Active Directory (contact us to get it set up on your account). This month, we’re in the cloud with new integrations for Google GSuite and Office365.
More and more businesses are using these powerful cloud solutions to manage their teams’ email, documents, calendars and other services. So we’ve made it really simple to connect your team to Qintil on either solution.
You’ll find the options when you sign up for the first time, or by going to the Users section. Just connect to your service and you’ll be able to import users from GSuite or Office365 instantly. Every time you add a new employee email account in GSuite or Office365, you can choose to sync them to your Qintil account.
We are delighted to welcome IntelliLearn as our latest course provider. IntelliLearn offer a range of clinical skills courses and they’ll be adding new content around medication safety in the coming weeks. You’ll also find a load of management, business skills and IT courses from KnowledgeCity in the marketplace.
What shall we work on next?
Our development roadmap is growing as we plan exciting new features and products for businesses, learners and education providers. But what would you really like us to prioritise? Over and above continual improvements to existing features, there are a number of key platform items that we want to add in the coming months. We’re putting it to the vote to decide what gets priority. Find out more here or, if you know what you want, take the poll below!
Have a great August
